Our villa rental prices are total prices. Unless you exceed the maximum capacity in the villa, the amount you will be charged will not change, even if the number of people is different. Our nightly villa rental fees are the total rental fee.
Food service is not provided for villa rentals unless otherwise stated. There is no personnel other than you in the villa you rent. You and your loved ones have a holiday alone.
Yes, the maximum number of guests staying in each villa is certain. The maximum capacity of each villa is stated on the villa detail page.
For villa rentals, a deposit is taken in advance at the reservation stage, and the remaining amount is paid upon arrival. However, in some houses, the host may request the full amount at the reservation stage. Payment steps for each villa are presented to you on its own page and at the request submission stage.
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in most of our rental villas. However, some of our hosts accept pets. Before renting, please ask our sales consultants whether your pet is accepted. You can list villas that accept pets from the "Pet Allowed Houses" category.
When you find the villa you want to rent, inquire about the availability of the dates you want to vacation on the detail page of the villa. If the dates are available, you will be shown the total price. You send us your reservation request by clicking the "Rent Now" button below the price. Or, you can open your reservation request by calling our office and getting support from our holiday consultants. After the suitability of the house is checked one last time, you make your villa reservation by paying your down payment.
The villas you rent are fully equipped houses. There are many valuable items in the houses, from furniture to electronic items. To protect themselves hosts request a damage deposit from you. At the end of your holiday, when the host comes to pick up the keys, they will refund you the entire damage deposit if there is no damage to the villa.

The location of your home and the information of the person you will contact will be shared with you one day before your check-in date. When you arrive at your rented villa, the host or a Hemenkal representative will greet you at the entrance.
Villa cleaning is done before villa entrance unless otherwise stated. That's why check-in hours have been moved to the afternoon. For long-term stays, some hosts also offer interim cleaning services. If you have an extra cleaning request, you can contact us.
The garden and pool maintenance of your villa is carried out at periodic intervals. Hygiene of the pools is ensured every day using chemical methods. Watering the garden and making the necessary interventions vary from villa to villa.
As Hemenkal, your holiday is valuable to us. Our biggest motto is that we are with you until the end of your holiday. Therefore, we recommend that you contact us whenever you have a problem with your host. We are ready to support you in whatever way we can to make your holiday comfortable and peaceful.
If your check-in date is more than 1 week away and if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making your reservation, your full payment will be refunded. Unfortunately, in case of subsequent cancellations, the host will not refund the deposit as he cannot rent the house to someone else. However, if your check-in date is a month or more away, the property will be available for rent again. If another customer rents the villa, your fee will be refunded.
